Mom n Pop were both musicians. Mom sang in choir groups Dad played piano.. Early memories of music are abundant with family sing-alongs, church choir, and influences from top shelf local and national musicians.

Dominic Mandina - Founding Member - "Uncle Dommie" on Vocals, Bass, Rhythm Guitars. Dom found his love for music early with early influences from Mom and her love of music, and friends in the neighborhood too. Dom met Mike shortly after the Element idea was formed and the two were instant musical brothers, enjoying live performance and a kindred spirit. Like Dusty Hill and Billy Gibbons, they both had a soul matched for music in this band. Dom enjoys cooking homemade killer food, an occasional whiskey, and fixing things, his dogs, oh yeah, and Ozzy Osbourne.

Hey, I'm Nick Guthrie, a drummer from Omaha, Nebraska, with a detour through three years in the Army stationed in North Carolina, and the sand pit with the 82nd Airborne. Raised in the sounds of my dad's band practices since as long as I can remember, I picked up drumming around six years old and now bring that passion to our band. My musical tastes are eclectic, resonating with anything that touches my soul, from jazz to punk rock and everything in between and out, if it resonates with me then i listen to it regardless of genre. What sets me apart is my ability to feel and sync with the music effortlessly, even if it's entirely foreign. Beyond beats, I find joy in woodworking and building things, adding an extra layer to my artistic journey of creation.
